Associate RPA Tech Support

Job Description

  • Monitor RPA Bot Runs and Incident Management for Bot estate as per agreed SLAs
  • Perform Code Reviews for all solutions delivered by developers before deploying to production
  • Share frequent and relevant updates are shared to all relevant people and teams at all times
  • Support & maintain RPA Infrastructure with activities like version upgrades, setup, server patching, licensing etc.
  • Deliver Change Requests received from users for all live automation solutions
  • Implement to norms, guidelines and practices laid out for RPA at all times
  • Prepare and provide documentation for all automation solutions delivered
  • Review and assess new technologies as they apply to process automation
  • Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same
  • Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
  • Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
  • Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed critical metrics
  • Knows and applies fundamental work theories/concepts/processes in own areas of work
