• Work as an individual contributor and guide the team members
• Contribute as a system architect for development of unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) systems
• Hands on experience with robotics and UGV development is preferred
• Awareness of mechatronics systems and integration
• Awareness of data acquisition and data processing
• Hands on experience with VV, project execution and manufacturing in LT
• Experience in programming with ROS, Python and / or C# / C
• Develop methodology and perform predictive maintenance of mechanical systems
• Develop predictive models to detect faults, classify it based on data analysis, build models using machine learning and deep learning as required
• Coordinate among different departments and/or internal/external laboratories to perform experimental work
• Perform literature or web survey, read and understand literatures and various standards to address design / RD requirement
• Awareness of CMMI Level V and Concerto for RD developmental project is preferred
• Willingness to travel to any place across India to visit vendor / customer / test facility
• Explore new technology / product areas such as digital twin, IIOT, computer vision etc
• I dentify and develop skill sets required for ongoing / future RD projects
