• Works with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Quantitative Analysts, Software Engineers, Analysts and other testers to deliver robust data analytics and distribution platforms

• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks early and improve quality by promoting culture of test early and test often

• Understanding business needs and ensuring tests cases are designed to meet acceptance criteria

• Review team d eliverables and ensure QA practices are in compliance with ANZ Delivery Framework, Audit requirements and Testing Centre of Excellence best practices

• Designing test approaches and optimizing test execution across functional and non-functional coverage

• Build test automation capability / increase test automation coverage with an intent to continuously improve test outcomes

• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions to perform more effective and efficient testing

• Ensuring the necessary hygiene and traceability for test case creation, script creation, test execution and defect logging in a tool system

• Strong core Java 8

• Automation experience using tools/technologies such as Cucumber, Rest Assured, Selenium Webdriver, JUnit, WebdriverIO etc is preferred.

• Strong experience in automation framework development using Java, JavaScript, Groovy with exposure to Continuous Integration (CI).

• Extensive experience working in Behaviour-driven development (BDD) tools, preferably Cucumber

• Extensive experience working in the areas of Java development, open source test automation tools and Selenium Web Driver, Junit and Maven

• Experience in creating end to end CI/CD solutions using tools such as Jenkins, UDeploy etc

• Influence Analysts and Engineers to have a testing mindset by contributing to and / or supporting analysis and design activities

• Experiences in JIRA and Atlassian tools and integrating them to automation testing framework is a plus

• Good to have working knowledge on XML based Message app development like MQ series also experienced in Camel and Kafka libraries usage

• Good to have AWS Cloud services like EC2, S3 usage experiences, Couchbase.

Desired Skills

• UI and Backend test automation experience

• API automation development experience RestAssured

• Should have good understanding of CI/CD frameworks such as Jenkins
