Job Description

Manage oversee the CMS operations, relating to collection, payments and corporate products at Centralised other local Hubs. Ensure all processing activities within TAT as agreed with business.

Benchmark against industry standards and achieve self and team objectives in service levels. Drive Quality initiatives for processing efficiency and cost efficiencies.

To ensure that all processes being followed in CMS-OPS units are in line with regulatory requirements. Audit compliance. Manage Corr Bank relationships. Drive projects independently towards any process automation, re-engineering, customisation, upgrades. Training and grooming the staff in clearing units
