• Experience of developing and deploying solutions in the areas of demand analytics, inventory optimization, procurement analytics, transportation problems, pricing analytics etc.
• Experience in formulating problems, proposing data science solutions in Supply Chain and Optimization.
• Lead development and delivery of proof-of-concept data science projects.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in the areas of statistics, machine learning, software engineering, and cloud computing.
• Consult on the selection of data science tools and methods for efficiently scaling proof-of-concept projects to full production.
• Mentor teammates.
• Experience with hands-on data science development in Python and focus on software engineering quality.
• Business experience with data science technical leadership such as researching, testing new analytical methods, tools and platforms.
• Experience in communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in implementing machine learning solutions in AWS (development, testing, integration, optimization, deployment and monitoring).
• Experience with GitLab/GitHub for development.
• Experience with MLOps (automation of workflows, model registry, continuous integration, continuous deployment, model monitoring)
• Experience in identifying the right data science solutions for given business problems and implementing solutions independently.
• Good understanding of Operations Research methods, Statistical and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience in research, develop, evaluate, and optimize various machine learning models for different problems.
• Explore and analyze structured/unstructured data.
• Take ownership to drive solutions in the area of supply chain analytics and meet customer requirements.
• Deploying developed machined learning models to meet customer requirements and maintain them to later improve to address additional customer requirements in future.
• Experience with any machine/deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras and PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing environment, AWS Sagemaker, Amazon Forecast etc.
