Indicative Education: Bachelor s or equivalent degree mandatory. Masters or equivalent degree preferred. Degrees in computer science or statistics or mathematics preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Data and Technical Delivery
  • Prepare data for analysis using SQL or domain specific tool (example: Omniture for Digital), visualizing the data and executing to specifications
  • Is proficient in tools required to succeed (Example: Good knowledge of databases/SQL, relevant tools like Python, R or Domino Data Labs etc.,)
• Data Sciences Depth
  • Assist in development of hands-on develop propensity models (to buy, to sell, to respond), lead nurture, segmentation, cross-sell/up-sell models, forecasting using Python or any other language/Machine learning libraries
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Grasp requirements on call and deliver to specification
  • Present findings to team leads/managers and also to external stakeholders;
• Domain Expertise
  • Develop expertise in the chosen domain
  • Understands Data Flows/Schemas/Tech Systems relevant to the functional area
• Org building:
  • Lives the EPIC2 values
  • Participates in team discussions/meetings/events
  • Shares knowledge with other team members openly

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of R and/or Python - preferably power user of one of the two or ideally both
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Very good written and verbal communication
• Shows drive to increase the breadth & depth of tools and system
• Knowledge desirable across usage of various machine learning or statistical libraries
