YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for developing automations (BOT’s) using Chat Bot, RPA, AI technologies
• Drive automations using RPA (UiPath or others) and thru VBA and Scripting programming languages
• Have a deep understanding of customers Chatbot processes/business partners and how bots add value to the application/service
• Participation in SSO community and / or expert network, to achieve improvements in different processes.
• Create Innovative ideas to support customer focus areas
• Collaborate with management on maintaining the long-term vision and roadmap
• Follow up and resolve issues and queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Drive continuous process improvements and better ideas
• Manage the end to end cycle for complex chatbot projects

WHO YOU ARE:

Qualification:

• Degree - Information Technology
• Technical knowledge - Chatbot (Cognigy), RPA (UiPath or Python)
• Skills around VBA/SAP-Scripting/Power Automate - added advantage
• Lean Six Sigma Certification - added advantage
• Functional Experience in S2P/O2C/R2R will be an added advantage

Experience:

• Overall 5 years’ of experience in Automation and/or Reporting
• Prior experience in end to end Business Processes Automation (Chatbot and RPA) as a Team member of a medium sized project
• Experience in automation tools or Languages - ChatBot, RPA, VBA, , Power Automate etc
• Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office applications
