Job Description

  • Intel develops high-performance Discrete GPU products for a wide range of markets

  • We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join the GPU Architecture team as a Discrete GPU SoC Power Management Architect to help define the next generation of high-performance discrete GPU products spanning gaming, datacenter, machine-learning, and supercomputer usages
  • With the formation of the Accelerated Computing Systems and Graphics business group, you will be jumping into a fast-paced development environment with opportunities to lead the creation of world-changing technology for years to come
  • You will be a member of the architecture team that defines the features for Intels hardware design engineers, software engineers, and validation teams to build industry-leading products

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop innovative power management solutions that comprehend diverse workloads; Architect the PM microcontrollers and firmware; Lead the SoC Power Management Architecture for one or more products; Specify hardware vsfirmware partitioning along with architectural interfaces and algorithms; Drive architecture standardization, automation, and configurability; Oversee post-silicon PM tuning; Convert High-Level Product and Industry Specs into detailed Architectural feature definitions

  • Strong data-driven decision-making for product features and strategy; Analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership skills;
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to upper management and other engineer


  • Minimum skills and experience:Bachelors Degree in in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6 years of industry experience
  • Or Masters Degree in the same fields with 4 years of experienc
