As partof Siemens "Vertical Management for the Food Beverage industry"you have the dedicated mission to increase coverage of the Food Beverageindustry with our products, systems, solutions, and services for automation,digitization, and electrification.

Describe the main duties and responsibilities:

Youguide and lead the intercultural and distributed FB India Team and ensure proper coaching for a highperformance across the entire team

Youwill develop FB India strategy in close alignment with HQ and Businessunits in the country.

Youwill have close alignment with the regional Sales management to ensure theexecution of the Siemens overall FB Strategy

Youensure the business target achievement across all involved business units forthe local and international FB business in India

You recascading the business targets to individual targets in close alignment withthe responsible Business managers

Youwork in close collaboration with Corporate and Global Account Managers

Yougain market transparency and monitor / detect new trends within the FB Indianindustry

Youdrive targeted digitalization initiatives according to specific customerrequirements

Youensure proper account business plans for all top customers

Youensure accurate reporting in the relevant CRM tools

Youbridge local sales resources and headquarter experts

Youorganize internal and external conferences (onsite and virtual)

Youdeploy push pull strategy to increase the share of wallet in the relevantOEM and System Integrator channels

Describe the qualifications, essential skills employmentexperience required to be held:

Youhave more than 5 years experience in leading an intercultural team

Youhave excellent knowledge of FB market in India have good connectwith the customers.

Productknowledge about discrete process automation, industrial networksindustrial power distribution, motion control as well as manufacturingoperations management software are a part of your profile to convince us

Keyaccount management skills strategic mindset with effective customerorientation and readiness to intensive working and multi-tasking are familiarto you

Youare willing to travel regular

Youhave excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, withthe ability to communicate with internal and external partners of all levels.Additional language skills would be a further benefit
