Lead-Robotic Process Automation Development

Job Description

  • Understand business automation requirements and devise an automation approach
  • Deliver bug free and on time automation solutions
  • Complete Testing and User Acceptance Testing for automation solutions
  • Provide frequent and relevant updates to all relevant people and teams at all times
  • Adhere to norms; guidelines and practices laid out for RPA at all times
  • Prepare and provide documentation for all automations solution delivered
  • Improve efficiency effectiveness of the team by identifying opportunities to improve and optimise ways of working
  • Understand the Continuous Improvement principles at Tesco and work in accordance with the same
  • Adhere to the weekly work schedule to ensure process delivery
  • Actively participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions

  • Understanding of solutions like VBA, VB Scripts, SQL ,C# , Process Mapping Tools and Techniques

Experience relevant for this job:

  • Experience of working with RPA Tools across multiple projects

  • Experience of other solutions like VBA, VB Scripts, SQL, C# etc. is preferred
  • Designing Functional and Solution Design Documents preferred
  • Understanding of project management techniques and computing systems is preferred
