Job Description
-
Coordinate implementation activity readiness for new or existing customers moving to Amadeus products Take end to end responsibility on the Customer Product implementation managing and coordinating planning of activities leading to the cutover Report progress and highlights, and escalate issues and anticipated problems up to management chain
- Analyze customer systems and service requirements
- Provide consulting to the customer
- Identify specific actions necessary to integrate customer to Amadeus products/services
- Identify technical risks and takes responsibility for mitigating and managing them
- Establish the implementation planning liaising with the Program stakeholders (customer, training, support, Program management) Perform configuration settings according to Customer needs Maintain migration procedures with involved teams: development, product, support and infrastructure
- Identify and resolve implementation showstoppers Organize and follow-up activation in production Prepare and send implementation roll-out communications Provide functional and technical expertise plus support during and after implementation Follow up on and help drive the resolution of production problems arising Identify opportunities for and contribute to implementation process improvements (quality, timelines and cost of service provided) Contribute to analyses and act on KPI measures/ propose further process automation or relevant measures Propose internal tools/ techniques for further process automation Evaluate and improve processes and tools and coach less experienced job holders to help them develop key competencies and achieve defined objectives
