Job Description
- Work with functional and technical teams to continuously develop and support the Enterprise Robotics Process Automation (RPA) platform.
- Responsible for development, testing and implementation of RPA solutions.
- Focus of creating all the necessary documentation (PDD, SDD etc.) as per the Service Delivery Methodology and review with Business Team s and seek approval
- Manage team of RPA developers and help them in Design, Develop, Test & Deploy the RPA Solutions from DEV - UAT - PROD
- Work with application vendors on function support issues and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business technology team and process owners/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in creating and running bots.
- Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, detect fixes and any process change activities.
- Create and maintain technical design documentation to support development.
- Deliver technical training to the Team & Business Stakeholders.
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Master s in Computer Application, MIS or related field
- Expert development experience in RPA tools/technologies (Automation Anywhere (Primary), UI Path, Blue Prism etc.)
- Experience in programming languages like C#, VB, VBA, VBScript, Python is preferable
- Should be good in getting the requirements and designing the RPA Solution
- Have knowledge in integrating RPA solutions with other Technologies like OCR Ephesoft/Abby) & Data Analytics/Visualization Tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.)
- Exposure in developing client-based or web-based software solutions
