• Ability to analyze manual processes to identify automation opportunities and build automation business case
• Must be able to assess and clearly articulate the automation complexities and estimate associated effort for automation
• Extensive experience in implementing multiple RPA solutions (UI Path, Blue Prism, AutomationEdge etc.)
• At least 5 years of experience in programming (Java, C++ or .NET); good understanding of data architecture (SQL, NoSQL)
• Good understanding of AI/ML solutions available with RPA
• Experience in one or more industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Banking)
• Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)
• Experience with India market clients is a plus
• Excellent communication
