• We are looking for an RPA Developer to join GRS International Innovate team

• You will be working with the registration, compliance, business excellence teams to deliver automation solutions using RPA tools, Python as well as other Commercial off-the-shelf softwares (COTS)

Responsibilities

• De liver successful process automations using our UiPath Robotic Process Automations (RPA) solution.
• Monitor and work closely with Business Analysts and BPI Leads to understand the functional and technical design of new automations.
• Develop new processes that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
• Ensure quality o f coded components by performing thorough unit testing.
• Work collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and User Acceptance Testing phases to fix assigned bugs.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate Unattended, Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere etc.) 1 years of experience in Bots Scheduling using Orchestrator or else
• 1 years of experience in AWS EC2 Environment for automation deployment
• 1 year of experience in Intelligent OCR
• At least Bachelor s degree in relevant subject
• Good understanding of Macro/VBA or Python
• Independently determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel with demonstrable stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented.
• Demonstrable experience with complex RPA tasks where analysis of situations or data requires an in- depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in selecting most suit able automation tools, methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
• Understand business imperatives and requirements and translate these into functional and non- functional spe cifications.
• A tenacious approach with focus and determination to get the job done effectively, overcoming any difficulties that may be encountered .
• Emotionally intelligent, resilient, and energetic.
• Deliver pragmatic business and operational design solutions that maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes.
• Ability to resolve issues through strong problem-solving skills: root cause analysis; engaging people from multiple business a nd IT teams where necessary.
