We are looking for Infra resource who would have detailed Control Room server experience to debug L2 and L3 Defect issues by looking at the server log or runner machine logs. This role is not for fixing bot code but more directed towards L3 AAI Platform support (cloud platform) and detailed AA Server/Cloud knowledge is must. We need resources who can diagnose and fix both bot agent issues and server problems.
Good knowledge of Control room Architecture. It is required to troubleshoot platform-related issues and play the role of facilitator between the customer & AA product team.
Able to manage the application server of AA
Resource should have good Control Room Administration on A-365 and within experience range of 3-4 Years
Resource should work from office from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Migration Experience from 11.X Version to A 360 is Good to Have
