RPA Process Consultant

Job Description

  • You would be working with our clients on their RPA implementation journey.
  • You would be leveraging on your knowledge and experience in a variety of RPA solutions to deliver robotic process design, RPA development, testing and deployment methodologies.
  • You would need to have exceptionally good skills in user requirements gathering, user engagement and stakeholder management. Quality and sustainability of the automated process is of high importance.
  • Your work-scope is not static but dynamic according to each project’s requirements. You would have the opportunity to work with our functional subject matter experts and clients across industries around the Asia region

about you

Process consultant

RPA / SCRUM / ITIL Certified

RPA At least 3 year of experience in RPA solution implementation (design, develop, test, deploy) on any of the key RPA solutions UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism; preferably certified in at least 1 of the key RPA solution

Exceptionally good skills in user requirements gathering, interaction with users and stakeholder management

Preferably with more than 1 year of experience in application development, programming in .Net and Object-Oriented Design or any OOPs language concept / dev expeirence

Good knowledge and experience in robotic process design, RPA configuration, testing, support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communicator, able to think-on-your-feet, have a customer service attitude

Experience in International client communication

Should have understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices

Assertive, confident results-oriented

Ready to Travel to customer place within short notice
