Understand how to elicit complete requirements from a customer and ask the right questions to avoid any surprises

Able to articulate the value of Blue Prism, as well as the value the process to be automated is expected to bring the Customer

Has the courage (and respect) to question the processes being reviewed to ensure the processes add value, creates ROI, and advances the Customer s capability

• As Service Delivery Manager Supports in managing project timelines, quality, adherence to Automation Good Practices.

• Knowledge of various robotic process automation tools

• Works with clients and Implementation Leads and PMs to ensure the automation solutions align with the business needs

• Involved in client projects in scoping, discovery, planning and delivery Ensures the delivery of high performance, high quality and secured RPA solutions by defined deadlines

• Supports in managing project timelines, quality, adherence to Automation Good Practices

• Evaluates the performance of project and support teams and build capability.

• Must be ambitious and prepared to commit to a rapidly growing company through a period of considerable expansion.

• Passionate about delivering high quality service to Customers and Partners, with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Proven ability to engage and manage Stakeholders in complex environments.

• Proven presentation skills with the ability to captivate and inform a multi-disciplinary audience

• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for quality with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to facilitate and control meetings and ensure the attendees are focused on achieving the predefined objectives

• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

• Experience delivering RPA to multiple customers, across various industries

• 15+ years of experience in project management working for system integrators and/or global SI.

• Relevant work experience in a customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
