SSE Level - Blue Prism (RPA Blue Prism)

Job Description

Candidate should have knowledge in RPA Blue Prism with minimum 3 years of experience in to Control Room Monitoring, Involved in Schedule creation and modification, calendar creation, Service Now Knowledge is mandate.

Should be involved in deployments. Able to identify the issue and do the initial analysis to move it for L2 level for further analysis. Need to proactively identify the issues that are occurring and should solve as per SLA.

Should be an individual contributor as well as a team player. Should involve in some of the compliance related activities as per organizational requirement. Involve in problem solving and incident management.

Good to Have:
Blue Prism Certification AD01 or equivalent
Azure Knowledge
ITIL Knowledge
Development knowledge
Involved in upgrade activities
