• Elicits, captures, analyzes, refines, articulates and documents business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and software documentation.
• Assess candidate business processes for transformation and/or automation.
• Work with Process Design and technical team to brainstorm solutions and assess feasibility.
• Create and review solution design documents clearly articulating as-is and to-be states.
• Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from proposed solutions.
• Perform all aspects of the project life cycle including but not limited to: scoping, analyzing, developing solutions, reviewing deliverables, from executing to implementing change.
• Work with Process Adoption and Business Leads to rollout completed solutions to target teams/offices.
• Own product backlog maintenance and grooming.
• Participates/Leads in Scrum stand-up meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings.
• Weekend testing will be required for releases (new functionality, bugs, enhancements, upgrades); generally one or two releases are scheduled per quarter

About You:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently
• Designs, evaluates, and monitors key metrics with business partner
• 3-5+ years of development experience with one or more RPA Technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and/or Power Automate.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages such as in Python/Java/VB.NET/C#
• Able to efficiently develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, clean, transform, and augment large volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Can create interactive reports in Qlik/Tableau/Power BI/Alteryx
• Object Oriented programming skills.
• Experience using cloud infrastructure in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud
• Experience using source code control systems
• Assets:
• Financial product knowledge and knowledge of Hedge Fund Administration
• Understanding of agile project management
• Strong business requirement analytical skills with the ability to produce clearly articulated requirements and documents
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, design documentation, and process flows in order to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with BPM/NLP/ML
• Certifications related to RPA Technologies, process improvement or other industry certifications.
