Job Description


  • Ability to lead and manage various Projects end-to-end within the organization and customer Projects

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholder  
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle  
  • Create transition/project plans, define project milestones to be executed by project teams, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to meet the objectives  
  • Effectively liaise with clients, vendors, internal teams  
  • Coach, lead and manage the project team resources  
  • Create governance structure and ensure smooth functioning  
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction  
  • Conduct due diligence/ discovery related activities at client site and be able to comprehend business related activities of the client and document these in the form of a due diligence report along with recommendations and next steps  
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, documentation requirements and project timelines  
  • Risk forecast and mitigation planning  
  • Change management  
  • Facilitate ORT and UAT  
  • Project closure, Document lessons learnt  

 Key Skills  

  • Fluent Communications skills - written and spoken  
  • Telecom domain knowledge / experience preferred  
  • Experience of managing IT related projects (RPA/Automation) is preferred  
  • Working independently with minimal supervision in a non-structured environment.  
  • Interpersonal skills to work with other departments/subsidiaries and the clients to develop timelines for project deliverables, and setting proper expectations and delivering updates on project status.  
  • Prior experience interfacing directly with customers, project managers, internal organizations Europe and US based companies.  
  • Project management principles and able to learn and apply new knowledge and project management expertise to the needs of the business  
  • Large business customer interface experience  
  • Strong organizational skills  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  
  • Flexible, analytical, logical thinker and a team player  
  • Experience of working with Tier1/Tier 2 telecommunications carriers globally  
  • Project Management Professions (PMP) or PRINCE 2  
  • Advanced level skills in Excel and Power point is a must.  
  • Creation of MIS/Dashboards/Analytics is a plus.  
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project Professional (MPP).
