• Lead the team of Python and RPA developers to deliver process automation and ETL solutions seamlessly. Manage, define priorities and assign projects to the team.
• Keep track of progress, metrics, performance and KPIs. Provide periodic reports.
• Perform project/automation scope, effort, estimates and prepare project plan with resource requirements/scheduling.
• Maintain knowledgebase and project documentations to help automation team and other teams.
• Coordinate about project status with stakeholders across various departments and teams.
• Determine potential conflict situations and suggest solutions as part of the problem-solving process.
• Mentor team members.
• Keep a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset and aspire for continuous improvement of methodologies and processes.
• Experience in developing stable and flexible applications with re-framework as per business requirements.
• Experienced in creating reusable code libraries and publishing them to be used throughout the process.

Skills

• 4+ years of relevant technical or professional experience in Process Automation.
• Knowledge of web frameworks like Python Django, Flask.
• Knowledge of one or more RPA technologies will be an added advantage (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
