Technical Lead- Automation Platform

Job Description

  • The role involves understanding business requirements, and customer problems, and architecting the appropriate solutions that are secure, scalable, high performing, and testable

  • It is a hands-on role involving building software and taking ownership of delivery by working closely with junior team members
  • Requirements: * Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership
  • * 5 years of experience in building applications using C#, ASP
  • NET MVC, and the
  • NET platform in general
  • * Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing complex algorithms for performance and scalability
  • * Hands-on experience in analyzing and navigating complex code structure and performance benchmarking
  • * Experience in architecting and designing web applications and services
  • * Strong expertise in SQL programming, with experience in writing & optimizing queries that access/process millions of records * Experience building Workflow applications, Background job applications, Windows Service, and Worker Service is a plus
  • * Experience in building applications on
  • NET Core is a great plus
  • * Should have strong UI development skills using HTML, CSS/JavaScript frameworks
  • * Strong experience with Build and Release, Agile processes, and Estimation/Planning * Exposure to New Relic or similar tools to optimize web application performance * Understanding and experience in working with Product Management, Design, and DevOps teams
  • * Bachelor/Master Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, or Electronics streams) or equivalent qualification
