Responsibilities:

• Should have good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Understanding the functional and non-functional requirements
• Test designing with scenario/capabilities preparation
• Scripting and Execution with Selenium
• Developing and Running Performance Tests
• Developing automation/performance frameworks
• Using appropriate methods and tools to build and measure code quality
• Designing and developing test automation scripts.
• Executing test automation scripts.
• Using test automation guidelines.
• Researching issues in software through testing.
• Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.
• Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years in software testing in Banking and Finance Domain
• Experience in Salesforce testing is a plus
• Strong hands-on knowledge in Selenium (with Java or Java Script), Jmeter
• Experience with Jasmine, Runit, Postman/Newman, Spock/Groovy and JaCoCo (atleast one)
• Experience with Performance tools like Jmeter
• Exposure to Java based technology tools and platforms.
• Willingness to quickly learn and adapt with new technical skills and functional domains.
• Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with various stakeholders while solving complex product business requirements.
• Guide and mentor juniors in automation scripting and debugging.
• Self-drive to learn new technology
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
