Skills and Qualifications :
Deep expertise and understanding and demonstrated hands-on experience on leading Low Code App UI developments, preferably Microsoft Power Platform strictly following org/industry UX design principles, best practices and standards.
Must have led Low Code UI implementation teams using Out-of-the-box and custom code using leading front end languages and capable of establishing and enforcing standard UX design principles
Must have Graphical User Interface foundational knowledge.
Must have a penchant towards responsive design with organization prescribed consistent theming.
Must know UI device interoperability support with external services and data
Must be aware of the security support in the UI and connectivity with backend APIs.
Should be aware of the collaborative multi-developer front end development methodologies in Low Code platforms such as Power Platform.
Must have a mindset and knowledge towards making front end components reusable.
Should know how to templatize front end development modules for scalability.
Suggests translation of business logic specification into good user experience.
Preferable to have a detailed understanding of JSON based communication.
Knows application build methodologies in various technology suites.
Knows preferable ways to ship and port developed Apps through various platforms, preferably Azure DevOps or Microsoft stack based.
Document solutions and maintain best practices for front end technology keeping Low Code principles in mind.
Work with the local and cross-country stakeholders and cross functional teams to gather requirements.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on process automation solutions and evangelize Low Code development for various needs.
Create, maintain, and educate the project team and provide inputs for front end development best practices.
Presents project status and deliveries to stakeholders and user-level audiences.
